Cancellation Policy

🎙️ Pairing Sound Studios – Booking Policy 📅 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your session. • Your deposit must be paid at least 24 hours before your session to lock in your time. • Remaining balance is due before recording begins. • Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis once the deposit is received. ⸻ ⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows • Please arrive on time — your session starts at the scheduled time, not when you arrive. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your session time will be shortened. • If you are 30 minutes late or more without notice, your session may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. ⸻ 🔁 Rescheduling • You may reschedule once without losing your deposit if you notify at least 12 hours in advance. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows = deposit lost. ⸻ 💿 During the Session • Be prepared before arrival (beats, lyrics, files ready). • Respect the studio space and equipment. • Guests are welcome, but keep the vibe focused — max 2 extra guests unless approved beforehand. ⸻ 📤 Mixes, Masters, & Files • Rough mixes are provided at the end of your session. • Final mixes and masters will be delivered after full payment. • Files will be stored for 7 days after the session — please download and back up your work. ⸻ 💰 Payment • Accepted methods: Cash, Cash App, PayPal, Zelle, or Apple Pay. • Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another date if rescheduled properly. ⸻ 📍 Studio Energy We keep a focused, creative, and professional environment.
