All purchases and services provided by Pairing Sound Studios are subject to the following refund terms. By booking services or purchasing digital products, you agree to this policy.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. Deposits secure studio time and compensate for reserved availability. Deposits may only be applied toward rescheduled sessions if proper notice is given.

Recording Sessions

Payments for recording sessions are non-refundable once a session has taken place. Unused or partially used session time is not eligible for refunds.

Session Packs

Session packs are non-refundable once purchased.

Session packs expire based on the timeframe communicated at purchase.

Unused hours are forfeited after expiration.

Session packs are non-transferable.

Mixing & Mastering

Mixing and mastering services are non-refundable once work has begun.

Refunds will not be issued due to creative preference or dissatisfaction after delivery.

Digital Products & Beats

All digital products are non-refundable.

This includes beats, licenses, sample packs, presets, and downloadable files.

Once delivered or downloaded, all sales are final.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeited deposits or session time.

No refunds will be issued for missed sessions.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases of duplicate charges or technical errors caused directly by Pairing Sound Studios.
